He knows my name
He still was jealous for her
He longed her whole heart for Himself
He knew her name
He saw her
He whispered in her heart clearly 'I have loved you with an everlasting love'
Growing up she always felt out of place, alone, misunderstood, peculiar. Fitting in was so hard it almost shattered her soul
But now she knew better. She was set aside for His love. Her name was not just tattooed on His body but His hands and feet bore nail marks to prove His love for her
Today she wrestled with Him why it had to be so hard even before her birth. He made it plain; she was His beloved & no one or nothing could snatch her out of His hand. He would still accomplish His purposes in her life . His plan for her was good
He loved her with an everlasting love.
Hers was to simply hold His hand and not let go. To walk His path.
Her mind flashed to the story of Nicodemus who wrestled with heart matters in the quiet of the night. But today not out of fear, but rather out of courage to step into the deep end with her saviour, the lover of her soul.
Could she go back to her mother's womb and have a make-over she enquired?
He said in the womb of His love and her faith, she was a new creation from now on.
Like the miracle of the morn born blind, she could now see the smile of a child clearly , silent tears fall, stars twinkle with precision,
Like the man whose feet were crippled from birth, after His touch, she could now skip and dance
Her heart could beat a new, like it never had in the fullness of His love for His Spirit had filled crevices she didn't even know existed.
Like the mute and deaf man,
she now had a new song to sing . Her voice sounded new. His love has a sound.
He makes all things new
He makes all things beautiful
She still didn't have the answers to why it had to be so hard before this.
But He sees us.
He's got us
He upholds us with His righteous right hand
Indeed, His mercies uphold us. They keep us
Fadhili zake ni za milele (His mercies endure forever )
