Don't grow a thick skin. Put on the whole armour of God, for the battles we fight are not flesh and blood.

Don't fill your mind with thoughts of anxiety, worry, but put on the mind of Christ. Keep your mind stayed on things that are true, lovely and pure
Keep yourself grounded in the Word.
He gives beauty for ashes
He gives us garments of righteousness for our filthy rags of sin
He is not a man that He should lie.
He has given us an inheritance of authority and power as His Son
He has given us His holy Spirit
His love for us is everlasting .
What more do we need?
What do we really want?
