Good Stock

Doing chores around the house and this lesson I learnt came back to me powerfully Many times we are grappling with the fruit we don't like. (Sickness, physical mental and even financial, premature death, depression, poor marriages etc Even though we harvest all the bad fruit or prune back some branches, it doesnt solve the problem of bad fruit. They keep coming back each season We need to grab it by the roots and uproot it and burn the whole tree. Grafting a good stock to a bad tree doesn't solve the issue. (Adding Christianity to the a poor heritage, ungodly traditions is my interpretation) Replanting a new one of good stock will give quality fruit and will last. We can then pass on the lessons to our children and their children's children Maybe it's time to replant some new trees of good rich stock rooted in Christ
